Scope of Work

• Environmental Clean of Individual Units – Each unit within the building required meticulous decontamination to remove all asbestos fibers and debris.
• Asbestos Debris Removal – Safe containment, removal, and disposal of re-damaged asbestos materials to prevent further contamination.
• Hydrovac Cleaning for External Concrete – Utilizing our state-of-the-art Hydrovac truck from Revolve Environmental, we pressure-washed and vacuumed the concrete outside the building, ensuring no residual asbestos remained.
• Strict A-Class Removal Procedures – All work was conducted under fully controlled conditions, including air monitoring, negative pressure enclosures, and third-party clearance inspections.
